I've heard many people say "Oh my God, I could never fly an airplane!" Most pilots might smile for a moment while they flash-back to the days when they felt the same way. I'm sure all who read this can remember how scary it was to sit in the driver's seat of an automobile for the first time. The truth is, all things unfamiliar bring with them a certain amount of apprehension.  Any pilot would agree on the fact that a cockpit is no place for  arrogance or complacency, so a certain degree of apprehension is a good thing. And, fear can be overcome with knowledge and skill as a result of experience. Below, we have provided a link to the Federal Aviation Administration's website that contains information on what's expected of you as a student pilot, as well as other important information to ensure you get off on "the right foot."  If you have any questions, please email us at learntofly@sunsetair.net. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Thank you and good luck!  We look forward to helping you in the pursuit of your dreams!
